Two customers,one box

EDN Energy serves two customers with one box. The DisCo pays annually for the platform, funded from the losses EDN recovers on its network.

The developer or IPP pays up front for the box: cash, no receivables. Around it, software subscriptions, energy sales, heat, renewables and carbon credits build recurring income.
